DAX DW is the DAX Healthcare Solutions healthcare data warehouse platform, deployed for and owned by our clients. Vantage is the DAX Healthcare Solutions application that puts that data to work for value-based care teams. When you use DAX DW or Vantage, we may process:
- Account information — your name, work email, mobile number, organization, role, and sign-in details.
- Usage and device information — log data, device and browser type, IP address, and how features are used, to keep the products secure and working.
- Client data — clinical, claims, and other healthcare data our clients load into DAX DW or Vantage. This data belongs to the client. Where it includes protected health information (PHI), we process it only on the client’s behalf, under a Business Associate Agreement, and as HIPAA requires.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to you and run our business:
