These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DAX Healthcare Solutions website at daxhealthcaresolutions.com, the DAX DW data warehouse platform, the Vantage app, and the text (SMS) messaging program operated by DAX Healthcare Solutions (“DAX Healthcare Solutions,” “DAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Terms
Program description. DAX Healthcare Solutions sends text messages to people who have opted in, including consultation and meeting confirmations and reminders, Vantage app and DAX DW account and service notifications, event updates, and responses to inquiries about our healthcare data and value-based care services.
Opting in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from DAX Healthcare Solutions, for example through our website forms, meeting-booking tools, or the Vantage app. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, opt in again or reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

DAX DW and the Vantage App
Access. DAX DW and Vantage are available to clients of DAX Healthcare Solutions and the users they authorize. Each client’s use is governed by its written agreement with DAX Healthcare Solutions, including any Business Associate Agreement, which controls over these Terms where they conflict.
Accounts. Keep your sign-in details confidential, use the products only for your organization’s authorized purposes, and tell us promptly at info@daxhealthcaresolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access data you are not authorized to see, reverse engineer the products, or use them in violation of HIPAA or other applicable law.
Your data. Data a client loads into DAX DW or Vantage remains the client’s. We use it only to provide the Services, as the client’s agreement allows.
Clinical decisions. Insights, reports, and alerts from DAX DW and Vantage support, but do not replace, the professional judgment of clinicians and care teams.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful code. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) through this website or by text message.
